About
Roots & Seeds is a concept that I have been thinking about and living into for years. As a multi-disabled, Chicana clinician, consultant, coach, and person with grounded experience in the areas of neurodivergence, trauma, immigration, anxiety, and sex education, I wanted to create a space where people could find someone who could authentically walk through these lived experiences with them.
Rooted in neuro-affirming, trauma-responsive, and disability justice principles. Roots & Seeds: Therapy, Coaching, & Consulting offers collaborative care that centers lived experience, reduces stigma, and supports the transformation of harm to healing and growth. This is made possible with a client-clinician or client-coach partnership, practical tools, education, and compassionate connection.

Services
Therapy
Roots & Seeds provides individual and family therapy for neurodivergent youth and adults, LGBTQ+ youth, and people experiencing the effects of anxiety, trauma, depression, family stressors, and immigration trauma in a gentle, affirming space.
Guided by trauma-responsive, neuro-affirming, and disability justice principles, I work with clients to support growth and healing that is client-centered/directed. Therapy formats include short- and long-term therapy with individuals, families, couples, and polycules.
Coaching
Roots & Seeds provides neuro-affirmative caregiver and family individual or group coaching to strengthen communication, trust, nervous system felt safety, routines, and confidence while honoring each person’s unique wiring.
Roots & Seeds supports caregivers navigating complex systems, while recognizing the power of caregiver community.
Coaching is focused on providing practical education and tools and is not a replacement for therapy.
Consulting
Roots & Seeds provides forensic clinical evaluation and letters of support for immigration purposes. With over 10 years of experience providing clinical reports and letters of support for individuals seeking immigration relief, I work with clients on cases, including T-Visa, U-Visa, Asylum, VAWA, Cancellation of Removal, Hardship Waivers, and other Family-Based Cases.
I also consult with organizations, schools, and community groups on leadership, LGBTQ+ inclusion, sex education, and trauma-responsive, neurodivergent-affirming practices.
